Paint or not paint?

I've got a trek remedy that i love but bored with the paint scheme and don't want to buy a new bike just yet. The problem i have is that if i do a paint job on it, the lifetime warranty on the frame will be void, I have contacted Trek and they have confirmed this. I was thinking of liquid wrapping it but still need to prime it which would have evidence if anything went wrong with the frame. Vinyl wrapping would be very hard on a bike frame so that's out. So what is your opinion?
Risk it and repaint the frame and hope it never cracks!
Accept i'll have to buy a second hand frame if mine broke.
Leave it with peace of mind.
Anyone know of a trek remedy ever breaking?

If you're really that bored have it painted and accept the consequences should it happen.
You can't see your hair when you're walking down the road but still get it cut every so often and style it each day!!
Who the hell styles their hair? Wash, brush, man job done.

We all know you're a man who styles his pubes, so don't give us that!
