Club reliability ride here. Maybe some online shopping for new cycling kit in time for a ride for the first day of Spring.

Feeling a bit blurred after last night - wife was grumpy after I went for a bike ride with a pal at 3 and turned up after the babysitter - might have been a little hissed, but the rugby was brilliant

Will go for a run soon and the its jobs followed by the local

Watching the SpongeBob movie with the family, whilst simultaneously having a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel resting on my horribly bruised gonads.

    I've had better Sunday mornings.

You certainly know how to make other men squirm in discomfort Rob.

Very lazy day planned. Hoping it rains so we have an excuse to stay in.

    Morning folks,
Traditional slow start is being enjoyed. Need to go and but some fish for my mother's birthday, the still wriggling kind rather than battered. Over to theirs for scoff and hoping to get away in time to make the last open meet for bangers and hot rods at Wimbledon Stadium.

Yep - I have fond memories of the smoke, burning oil (Castrol R40), dog burgers and beer at Arlington stadium on a Wednesday night.

Morning evelybody peeps. Too much coffee and being bunged up didn't make for a good night's sleep. Now trying to muster the energy for another day with the toots. They're being good for a change, makes me feel inadequate. Seem to be quite happy doing there own thing

Now for lashings of butter with some toast and marmalade or chocolate spread - yes I know it's late. They're on a go slow, Daddy is on a go.... stop.

    Laters.

Used to be able to hear the bangers at Wimbledon if the wind was blowing in the right direction. Busy training the kids to chatter their teeth as a mark of respect when their monkey king/dominant male looks them in the eye.

Managed to tire out the hound so I can doss with a cup of coffee.

Lots of Dads taxi work to comtocay, but in between it'll give me some time to fettle the bikes and get prepped for the upcoming gravity fest next weekend.

facing conflicting weather forecasts, i decided to trust accuweather's 'no rain' vs. bbc's and met office's 'rain', and dress for dry

    a nice rain-free 60k ensued, hurrah!

    Moved onto MC Solaar.

Now have hankering to be sitting inside a French bar supping red and Pastis and smoking Gauloises

Three words that make me want to kneecap myself.

    Club reliability ride.

Visions of long rides with utterly dull people. I hope you livened it up by doing random sprints, riding 6 feet ahead of people, pointing out an imaginary finish line and throwing your arms in the air as you went over and pretending to sign autographs as you went along.

Trying some of that hop house 13 over by yur. Not bad, not the best, but certainly not bad. (I know, I broke my 'vow' not to drink until next weekend.
