Garmin hrm are ant+ only. There are a few like wahoo that are both ant+ and bluetooth. These can be used with an iphone

You can still use the hrm to talk to both the garmin and the BKool. It will transmit on both frequencies simultaneously and as its a passive signal on the other devices it wont interfere
