Sram NX Sticky Jockey wheel

Hello,

I am getting an annoying clicking from the rear of my Whyte 629. It occurs when coasting while rotating the crank, i.e. gentle pedalling. On investigation on the stand the chain is sticking to the top jockey wheel at the same point on each rotation making the clunking noise as it eventually release. I have tried sanding the jockey wheel down a bit but it still happens and I don't want to scratch the hanger etc. Anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

Cheers,

Charlie

Changing the jockey wheel would seem to be a quick and easy solution.

That would be the obvious solution. I should have phrased better. Something more like this shouldn't be happening to a new piece of kit has any body experienced it before.
    P.S. it a 629 not a 605! D'Oh!

    So warranty it then!

Or remove the jockey wheel from the mech for a more invasive procedure!
