Had a puncture about a mile from work this morning, haven't got a kit with me so I'll be treating this evenings rail commuters to a Seany in Lycra show.
Valentine's Day tomorrow people so don't forget.

    Ciao

Can't be freakin' arsssed - had enough of clearing up everyone's detritus behind them over and over and over and over and over and over again and getting bugger all gratitude and for them to continue doing the same shyyyt over and over and over and over again.

Also tired of people high jacking ideas for informal stuff and trying to turn things all formal and regimented and therefore taking the fun out of it which means that no one will turn up to the bloody thing in the first place and therefore it will be a waste of my time.

Going to the gym to hide.

    Sod them all.

    ?

Do you stay in lycra all day, or are you changing back into lycra just to push your bike to the station?

Schoolboy error there Seano, not even got a kit or spare tube at work? He's a bit strange even by BB standards Slog so probably does sit there in his lycra all day.
Better pop up to the pound shop and get a card at lunchtime then, didn't manage to get out over the weekend. Quite a pleasant wobble in to work this morning, it was almost light when I left. Just need to get through the day without marmalising someone now.

If you haven't been before, get a guided tour - it'll cost a couple of Euro but well worth it: it's not particularly well signposted (i.e. This is this and this is that) so a good guide is very handy.

Once finished remember to cross the road and head up t the old Roman town ruins about 5 minutes away: you could spend a day in there alone.

Good question. I change when I get to work. The bike will stay at work and I'll fix it tomorrow. I try to do all my fettling at work, that way I get paid for it :D I mostly wear a robe between takes at work but that's not suitable for travel.

Currently watching Paris - Roubaix 2016 with French commentary. Everyone has given up on today and all you can hear are various iPods/pads/telephones pinging out videos of choice.

I used to cycle through Grangemouth. It was like being on Moonbase Alpha.

I've ran out of funny things that you might hear a Welsh person say.

Pah, lost a filling eating dinner. Not painful apart from there are some bloody sharp edges on the remains of the tooth. Will have to go see the dentist Wednesday as I'm not go in to chance going to see one over here.
