suffolk/ norfolk

Hi,

Ive recently started doing a lot of riding and wondered if anyone rides around the suffolk/norfolk area.would be good to ride with someone and get some hints and tips on it all.

    Hi James where abouts in the Norfolk Suffolk area are you? I go on my own and yep it's boring sometimes, I'm in the Thetford area and cycle the forest tracks and all over this area, I'm not a professional but i do manage around 30 miles although I'm doing a sponsored ride in September which I'm trying to get fitter for!

    I'm in Newmarket, and the lack of interesting off road stuff is the reason I switched to road cycling. Thetford forest was OK while the kids were growing up, but now I'm back to riding solo I CBA to stick a MTB on a car rack and drive somewhere before I can ride. Now my rides all start and finish at the front door. :D

    I ride around suffolk a fair bit but not in newmarket. I live in sudbury. Plenty of XC/gravel type riding using legitimate rights of way.
