I purchased an Ultegra Di2 kit from them to be shipped to me here in the states. The kit never arrived as the tracking said, incorrect address. This was 16 days ago. In the meantime they have ran my credit card on the same day the order was placed and asked me to wait for them to receive the kit back so they can ship another one. I cancelled the Di2 order and replaced it with Dura Ace 9100 instead. Well, they ran my credit card again and placed the order on hold. This place is run by circus clowns.
Just called my bank and disputed the charges. In 20 plus years of ordering online, this is the first time I've had to dispute a purchase. :roll:
