Rusby Custom XCr and Canyon Ultimate tweaked for 2017

Made some changes to these two for 2017.
Canyon now has Mavic Pro Carbon SL's, DA cranks, Zipp OS stem and Zipp Service Course SL bars
Rusby now has full Dura-Ace 9000 (was 10 speed Ultegra) and Ksyrium SLR's (which I reckon suit it well)
