Need helps identifying this bike

Can I get some of the more knowledgeable members to help me identify the model of Specialized that I own.

My closest guess as of now is this bike:

The only problem with that guess as of now is the graphics (no S-works logo) and the fact that my bike has carbon in the frame as well.

I am also looking to sell the bike. So, if you could give me a ballpark of what the bike is worth that would be great. Any help is great appreciated. Thank you.

Looks like a 2005 S-works E5 team issue, what groupset does it have?

Kind of similar looking to this, on sale from 2009 - an E5 Allez with carbon seatstays.

Although yours doesn't have any model identification on the TT, which is confusing, but my best guess would be this.

It has the Shimano Dura-Ace 98% sure.

I purchased the bike from a family friend. Bought it on a whim when he mentioned he got a new bike a few years ago. I have barely ridden the thing so I am trying to sell it.
