Giant TCR Advanced vs Pro vs SL

Hi all,
looking in to getting a TCR but not sure about all the 3 different variances.
I know SL is the top of the range with lightest and stiffest frame and ISP.
I know has a carbon steerer and the Advanced not.
But, for a mere normal rider, will I notice any difference at all?
I cycle at the weekend between 30-80 miles and not racing.
I suppose the wheels are different but if just going on the frame and comfort, it would be great to hear some feedback.
