    Hopefully LvdH and Sanne, for no other reason than sentimentality.

    It will probably be a WvA v MvdP fest though and Sanne will succumb to her voodoo

    The race of the weekend is likely to be the U23 Women's race - defending champion Evie Richards, U23 World Cup winner Ellen Noble, Hoogerheide podium finisher Annemarie Worst, rising Belgian rider Laura Verdonschot - it should be great to watch.

    The forecast is for temperatures to stay above freezing from tomorrow onwards, so most of the snow will melt before the racing.

    Assume these will be live on YouTube like last year?

    The UCI's YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/user/ucichannel - will be streaming the races. Whether you can see them or not depends if a broadcaster has bought the rights to the race for your country. Certainly last year you could view them in the UK, but I'm not sure if that is the case this year.

  • Eurosport have the rights and are showing it on eurosportplayer. Whether it will be blocked on youtube, who knows?

    A British lock out of the podium - Unbelievable result.....but the pre race favourite wins;

    Even more reason for the UK to get a World Cup race.....

    And a bronze for Evie Richards in the U23 Women's race.

    We've got 4 medals already at this Championships, which I think equals our previous overall total if my memory is correct.

    I love you Marianne but I'm all for Sanne today. Would be awesome if Sophie de Boer won too though
