Record 11 Speed RD Cable Angle - Question

All,

My first Record 11 Speed build (and first proper Campag build as well.)

On the RD, the angle in the smallest sprocket between the cable housing and the cable looks quite large? The RD changes nicely through all 11 gears but wondered if this was normal?

    ....and the cable should be secured under the retaining plate.
