At 450 on cycling club facebook page would it be worth it at that price?

  Yeah it's a good bike for its money. All depends what your planning to ride it for tho, not my cuppa tea tho

  The Gamma is a decent bike, new it's not worth the extra over the Alpha in my mind, but if it's in good nick then 450 is a good buy.

  Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
