Can anyone recommend padded under shorts???

Hi all, after some padded undershorts /underwear for the London to Brighton - can anyone recommend me a decent pair or what I should be looking for?

I have lots of shorts already so ideally only need undershorts

    I quite like the Decathlon ones (the more expensive) with gel in the main sections and some vent holes and spaces between the pads each side to reduce sweatiness, high enough that builders bum is never an issue.

    Did a 136 mile/12 hour ride two weeks back and was on the bike the next day for a short spin if that means anything.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    Cheers Rookie, I looked at the Decathlon ones but the fit wasn't that great, I might have another look - bin shorts/shorts and liners are quite expensive so if rather just buy the liners on their own

    For shorter rides I quite like my on-one pair, minimal padding (very minimal) but plenty of free movement and not sweaty (I sweat a lot so anything I can do to promote ventilation I do).

    You've not put a budget, so I'm going to recommend Assos. I've got a couple of pairs of Assos bibs and they're the most comfortable shorts I've ever had. They're expensive, but I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.
