Pinnacle lithium 4 suspension

Hi

Anyone know if a suspension fork can be added to the pinnacle lithium 4?
My wrists are killing!!

    You could add suspension forks, yes, but you'll raise the front end changing the geometry and you'll also invalidate the warranty.

    Just fit bigger tyres (45 or 50mm) run at a Lower pressure, also look at your riding position and hand orientation which is much more likely to be your issue.

    You could also try and more forgiving rigid fork like the Mosso.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    Buy a Pinnacle Cobalt instead.

    If you don't want to do that, bend your elbows instead. Bent elbows will absorb the shock and vibration. Also what I done on my Pinnacle Neon is rotate the brake levers/shifters upwards a bit, I find that helpful. Makes your wrist more flatter.

    Is this bike a harsh ride on the road?

    It's one of the bikes I've been looking at on my hybrid bike search.

    I don't imagine it is any harsher than any other bike of this type
    Just that I have been used to a mountain bike!

    Saw this and wasn't sure if Swod1 is talking to me. Yeah I know the thread is old.

    I would say the Neon is 'harsh' as it has thinner tyres than the Lithium. Neon stock tyres are 28c. Lithiums should have 35c or 38c. But my Neon's are swapped to a 32c. Lithiums will be more comfortable than the Neon.

    If I have comfort problems, I just lift my bottom from the saddle by less than half a centimetre. My legs will mimic rear suspension. Plus bend my elbows to deal with front discomfort.

    I hope you haven't bought wider tyres yet. What I don't like about them is they make you slower when accelerating and climbing up a hill.
