Unusual freehub clicking.

Hi
I was just out earlier on and once I started freewheeling I very quickly noticed an unusual noise coming from my rear wheel. Obviously the vast majority freehubs naturally click but along with that click, was a much more high pitched click that stood out. I recently had the rear wheel in at my local bike shop because it stopped freewheeling altogether and I had the pawl replaced. What I really want to know is;
The possible reason it's doing this?
What it actually is?
And whether it's safe to continue riding with over the weekend until I take it in to my local bike shop? Thanks!!!

Is it a Mavic wheel by any chance? If so it's possibly the "squeal of imminent death" from your freehub.0

No, although that doesn't sound too promising haha. They're Fulcrum Racing Zero's0 -
If no crystal ball is present, the next step might be taking the hub apart and LOOK what's wrong.0
