export it as an image and link the image (use postimage.org or similar), or do it as text

fyi i'd never open an excel/word file from an unknown source, it's asking for trouble

I can't see your images through my Co. firewall, but what distance Brevet?

Cycling that far isn't the issue, what you need to sort out is you're food and liquid and making sure you don't have issues such as a sore rear etc. When I did my first 200 my furthest ride before that was 90k, just pedal at an effort with intelligent use of gears and you can go on almost forever as long as you don't have issues.

Thanks Rookie , Can you take a look on trianing plan and ensure I am not doing something wrong in the plan

All rather unnecessary in my opinion, the bigger issue for me has always been making sure I can keep riding for reasons other than strength in my legs, you need some long rides in there (I have no idea of your normal ride lengths) with respect to food and drinks and making sure your rear and feel can keep going, also making sure that with longer rides you don't start to tighten up anywhere.
A 90-100k at a decent pace will give you some ideas in that respect.

I was 49 when I did my first 200, moderately fit and slightly overweight, I ride to/from work most days which is 10km and about 25mins was the bulk of my training with a few longer rides at weekends maybe once a month of 70-90k.

    A friend did his 600k at 15yo.

A brevet ride doesn't need a detailed plan. Riding a long way at a moderate pace is not something that needs supreme physical fitness

    Get comfy on the bike.

Learn what food and drink works for you.

Ride lots. (Helps sort out the above two items).

Here you go, just did this, it was pretty brutal with 3000m climbing and a big climb at 120km and a steep one at about 180. Some of the roads were really rough, 27-30C.

Thanks, I work for Tata motors so Pune is my home for about 12-14 weeks a year. unfortunately my work routine means I don't get much choice of dates so can't always align with a BRM but sometimes it works out. Plus I have to make sure I'm fit for work on Monday!
