I have the opportunity to purchase a Mekk Poggio 1.5 which has been used exclusively indoors on a turbo, the price is £300 , what are the main things to check? If all ok should I make the purchase?

looks like that's about half what they were sold for, depending on which year's model it is

    is it your size?
    are the tyres/wheels/forks ok?
is the chain worn? (if it is too far gone, the cassette will be worn and skip with a new chain)
any sign of corrosion from sweat?
and of course, is it what you want?
my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

In view of your answers then the price is okay as you won't get much better for £300.

Check the frame and forks for cracks, not because it's been on the turbo but because any frame/fork, carbon or alu can develop cracks for various reasons.
If all is ok it sounds a good deal for that money IMO.
