Carrera Vendetta headtube

Hi
Just looking for a quick bit of advice

I'm liking the look of the Carrera vendetta plus bike, particularly with the 20% off at the minute, but see the forks as a major weak point (and heavy)
I've got a nice set of 100mm rebas with a tapered head tube and wondered if they would fit? Does anyone know if the headtube is a 44mm version?

    I doubt it. Pretty sure you can do better for the money too.

    Most Carrera's have had 44mm head tubes since about 2005, however without a link or photo it's impossible to say further.

    I have a 2005 Gryphon and a 2006 Kraken, both are 44mm
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
