Picked her up last week; really chuffed with it - she is FAST!

Still need to do a few minor adjustments - apologies for the pedals and gears not being in position :)

It's more the saddle and stem not being in position :)

Love this colourway but the other posters are correct. WTF is going on with the stem/saddle? Sorry, but you can't ride a Venge with a flipped stem! A classic case of the bike not being right for the buyer but he bought it anyway because he likes the look of it. Yes, I have been here myself.

When I said a few adjustments, I mean the saddle and stem - I need to go back have a full fit. Don't worry, all shal be fixed shortly :-)

Thanks for the nice works :-)

Good stuff, it's a cracking bike you have there. Enjoy. Did the shop set it up like that then?

    Thanks!

Yes on the stem, they flipped it as I needed a shortend 90mm stem which they didn't have in stock, so just to make sure my reach was ok, it was flipped as a tempary measure otherwise I was reaching out a bit too much on it.

I thought the saddle was straight but obviously not, this has been changed since the photo :)

Not being funny, but why would you think that was straight?

The bike is tilted towards the wall so the saddle looks worse than it is really is. Anyway, I can confirm it is bang on level now :)

I'm guessing bottle cages, flipped the stem and put a computer mount on it, and levelled the saddle. Do I win a prize?

On the + side, it does detract from that awful carpet and wall colour.

and the fact you've got architrave used as skirting board....

The cutting in on the arc/skirt is awful  hope it wasn't a decorator who left it like that

  • This thread is all the proof you need that the correct place to photograph your new bike is in front of a white garage door.

For gods sake just make sure the door is clean and no weeds are in view.

To the OP, you should have followed the sticky at the top of the threads (OCP guide).

That depends if you take people's views into account who clearly have nothing better to do than critique whatever's in their cross hairs and who gives a flying pig for someone's opinion you have never met or likely to meet.

If you post pictures of your bike on a forum for comment then the answer to that is probably yes.
