After 7 years on my trusted Orbea I decided it was time for a new bike. As I seem to have become a bit less flexible over the years I was keen to find something a bit more comfortable/upright but still able to get into a bit of an aero position for quick training rides and chaingangs.
Decided on a Colnago CX-Zero Evo, and I have, so fare, done about 300 miles on it and I’m so happy with the bike. It’s definitely more comfortable then my Orbea, its very responsive and although still tweaking the position a bit, the fit is perfect for me.

Build is as follows:

Frame: Colnage CX-Zero Evo
Fork: CX-Zero carbon fork
Groupset: Shimano Ultegra
Brakes: Colnago X-Brake 3
Bar: Deda 35
Stem: Deda 35
Seatpost: Deda Drittissimo (inline)
Saddle: Selle Italia Flite flow
Wheels: Knight Composite 35 build on Aivee SR5 hubs
Tyres: Continental GP4000 ll – 25mm
Bar tape: Lizard Skins DSP 2.5mm
Pedals: Shimano Ultegra

Steerer needs to be cut once I am happy with the position and just waiting for a K-edge Garmin mount to fit the 35mm bars.
