Anyone ride the Giant Anthem Advanced SX 27.5?

I'm a long time roadie with a Santa Cruz Highball hardtail as my only MB. I want a FS bike with modest travel as I really prefer lower weight bikes that climb and handle well. On paper this Giant Anthem Advanced SX looks really good. Unfortunately no dealer anywhere near me has one in stock. One of the local dealers has quoted me a price of $4000 (on sale from $5200 plus tax) out the door. So far I have test rode the Santa Cruz Tallboy 29er, Specialized Epic, and Cannondale Scapel, also a 29er.

    Can't comment on the 27.5 SX but the 26" Anthem I had handled well and was excellent for climbing.
    How did you get on with the 29ers?
