Finally got the S3 pretty much sorted, although I still need to try and shave 200g off to take it under the 8kg mark...

One of (from what I've been told) few S3's with internal Di2. Scoop Fabric saddle, Zipp 60 wheelset and a Power2Max meter.

Beautifully, especially since the wheel upgrade.

    Hi MF,
I treated myself to an S3 in Oct 15, spec'd it with my LBS as I wanted some changes: Ultegra Di2 with internal battery, 5 port jnctn box, DA shifters (for the micro-switches under the hoods to control the Garmin), Ultegra chainset instead of Rotor, and a short bar with flattened tops. I'd had a set of Reynolds Assaults built-up with DT Swiss 240 straight pull hubs in July, specifically to go onto this bike. Schwalbe One 25mm clinchers.
Fizik Aliante saddle, DA sped pedals, Bontrager cage, k-edge garmin mount (but not in this shot) and the Shimano D-fly wireless unit complete the package, 7.2kgs.
Loving this thing, its way beyond my abilities but I just loved the look of it. Enjoy!
