Turbo trainer maintenance

Although my turbo still spins fine it's just gone from being a silent turbo in to a very noisy turbo!

Are these fixable or is it ready for the skip?

    Would help to at least know what turbo it is! Also what conditions it's making noise, what the noise is, etc.

    Having a look at the roller, spin it around by hand make sure there isn't any tyre debris baked on. That was a big issue with my Tacx Bushido. White spirit will clean it off.
