Has Raceshape SNAP finally gone?

I've occasionally been using the SNAP tool to correct satellite drift on my G500 recorded rides. I seem to remember a while back that was being discontinued but it's been accessible and working up until very recently. However, I tried to use it after a very badly recorded ride last weekend and I can't connect to it.

Anyone know what the score is?
