which would be better

Hi , aim going to be going around the alps and various other places around europe aswell and was wandering if anyone could help with advice on weather to go full suspension or hard tail . i am interested in the following

Cannondale Jekyll carbon 2 (2015 )
Norco sight carbon 7.2 ( 2016 )
Norco Range A 7.1
Norco Sight A 7.1

will be using the bike on various terrain and long distances so i am not sure on what to get though so any advice would be welcomed .
