Morning all.

Rode my bike last night and really, really enjoyed it (first time in a few months if I'm honest).

Hungry and tired today. Counting down the minutes to get some food at lunch.

    Morning,
Really need to get out on my bike. I realised last night as I was eating sausage, bacon, black pudding, egg and beans that is was my third fry up in four days. Well, last night's was actually more of a grill up but it was still very good. Watched Revenant which was very good, thankfully we had beer after the film not before. It's a long film so don't watch it with a full bladder. Working from home again so no cycling. Going to try and take the girl to school for a little while. Saw the ed psych's yesterday but didn't get very much at all. Apparently we just have to get her to do little bits when she can and gradaully increase the regularity. What do they think we've been doing for the last 2 1/2 months? Very frustrating.

    Ello Ello Ello,

Sore from last nights wattbike and weight session. Training later, looks wet :(

just had to let someone go from the team, never fun no matter the reason, had chocolate and tea to recover.

Not much else to say really. Anyone got a drink?

Off to the local shop for some poncy fizzy water.

Fasted zone ride this morning with ghosting gears and being DI2 and having the mechanical nowse of stevo I've dropped the bike off at the LBS for some TLC.

    Hi darlings

Bored, cold, wet but just set new TT bike up on work stand in office to start the build - should be lush.

Apart from that, pretty ineffectual day really. Had career talk with boss who says that I should go back to my old trade in order to advance. Career, completely missing the fact that I moved out of my old trade because I didn't like it. Oh well.....

    Ciao for now.

A decent pedal into work but as we're now forecast 40mph winds and heavy rain later on I'm wimping out and taking the train home to get to a GCSE options evening on time and not looking too unpleasant.

On the plus side next month uplift is now sorted so some interesting bike related stuff to look forward to :) Rock on Tommy...

stick at it and you'll get 4 in 4 soon, just takes practice!

Horrible day here, really windy and now lots of rain to add to the fun, working from home today so not planning on going outdoors if I can avoid it!

Boots flu and cold nasal spray. Bit late now but give it a whirl next time you feel a bit iffy. I was skeptical but it works :D

Bizarrely enough, I was asked how to spell "Skoda" a couple of days ago. To double the strangeness of this request, the balloon head in question was leaning on the hood of same said aforementioned make of automobile .....

I'm here, in spite of working from home I am actually trying to get stuff done.
I probably do significantly more work here than in the office. Not dealing with customers frees up so much time.

How much time is wasted making your own tea and having to go out to buy biscuits eh?!

Only 1 cup of tea so far today with 2 biscuits. You should know by now I don't make my own tea, I expect others to make it for me. Unfortunately there is a distinct lack of tea wallahs around here. I did just do myself a coffee, espresso of course, after lunch but that's to boost productivity so it counts as work.

But don't you have access to thousands of illegally employable immigrants down there? According to my 'mate' Nigel, you're over-run and Richmond Park is a shanty town.
