Slim/ light disk compatible rack

Hi All,
I'm looking to get a Caadx or similar which I'll be using as my commuter when not getting muddy, and am looking to put a lightweight rack on- preferably one of the narrower ones that I won't notice so much when the panniers are taken off.
I don't have any aspirations to lug around heavy loads (I have a hybrid that can do the weekly shop comfortably) and like the look of the narrow/ slim racks. However, I haven't found any that are compatible with disks mounted on the seat stays as on most cross bikes.
So far the only disk compatible rack I've found is the Tortec Transalp disk, but that is overkill for what I'd be using it for.
I'd be grateful if anyone has any suggestions.

If you haven't got the bike yet why not look for one with the disc calliper on the chainstay then you can use a normal pannier rack without the need to buy a bulky disc compatible one. I've got a Tortec Velocity rack on my Planet X London Road and will by another for the second frame when it arrives.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

If your going light, why not try the Carradice SQR system - it mounts to the seatpost and can take all their saddlebags up to 10kg load all in.

Will one of these work? I have one but not fitted to disk bike. Fits the narrow requirement. Got mine when ordering new bike that I thought did not have mounting point (turned out it did) tried to fix to axle but it touched the rear mech but not to hard to mod.
