Bleeding Marzocchi 55cr?

Anyone bled the DBC cartridge on these forks before? Just curious as when I did mine, the rebound part that connects to the cartridge body didn't click into place like the instructional video shows which made reassembly a real pita. After bleeding I have next to no rebound adjust and I have lost the clicks on the compression dial. I'd be grateful if anyone with these forks could share any experiences they have had.

Cheers

I did mine once. Followed the video carefully and it all went well.

Thanks, when you built the cartridge back up did you get the 'click' when putting the rebound part into the cartridge body? I got the click when putting the compression controls on the top of the cartridge body but the rebound just sat loosely and it didn't click like in the video. Once assembled, the rebound unit would have easily fallen off and leaked oil everywhere with the slightest of movement. I will try this procedure again but in just curious if you experience was similar or I have a problem connecting the rebound unit to the cartridge.

    Cheers

Mine clicked in to place, it was quite tight.
