£600-700 hard tail advice for roadie

Hello all, no clue about mtb but looks fun so gonna give it a go this winter. Have bike to work through cycle solutions and looking around 6 to 700. Any advice hat components or for I should expect want or avoid? This one looks good to me

The frame is the highlight here if you are a fan of quality steel frames that have a bit of give.
