FGSS frame advice

Afternoon all.. So, I'm fed up with poorly indexed gears and the hassle of cleaning, lubing and replacing chains and cassette pretty much indefinitely. So, I'm going to go all rad and get myself a fixie. Can anyone offer any advice, opinions on the following please? Or offer alternative suggestions? Or sell me theirs at a bargain price? (I ride a 58cm btw ;-)
Budget is around £200 - £250 for the frameset!

Thanks - saw the Fuji, but find it a bit uninspiring... The colour scheme is horrendous.

I opted for the Brother Swift in the end, as got one pretty much brand new from lfgss.com - now in the process of putting it together.0 -
Certainly wouldn't want to stop to sharpish and slide off the seat on to the top tube...this little gem?
