Syncros seatpost parts needed

I'm missing some parts from a Syncros seatpost.

Grateful if anyone can advise on:

A) what's missing (I think the rocker and brass washers)
B) if they have the parts I need.
C) which version this seatpost is, as I understand there are a few different types.

    Just buy a new seatpost, or at least post a photo of what you have, no one is going to faff sorting this by PM when it should be a forum thread.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
