Notifications not working

I always used to get email notifications when forum topics were updated but for the last few months this has not been happening so can you advise why please?

Hi, you may need to check a box saying you wish to be notified. Can you do so and tell me if it's not working still please?BikeRadar Community0

The update is in progress and is going live early January.
