It seems that day, the Chrono des Nations (Time Trial) is not the last event on the European Season, as Turkey seems to be included also.Stagiaire contract starts 1 August though... seems a long time coming to get your first race on 2 October with the season ending on 18 October.

Looks like quite a balanced route that, well at least by Giro standards. Given the amount of TTIing and the start in Holland we could well see Tom D there.0 -

Milano-Torino entering final 10k. Tough final climb averaging 9% and some good riders. Aru looks man to beat
It was a good finish. The final climb to the Super Ga cathederal has a poor road surface which makes it harder. I've climbed it several times and always marvel at the pristine looking old Italian cyclists at the summit on their Bianchis and Pinarellos. Then I found out they drive up to ride the flat ridge that dominates Turin.
It is the oldest bike race still running I believe. Older than Liege Bastogne Liege and should really be a monument.BASI Nordic Ski Instructor
