Bike fit in Cambridge area

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, did a search and started reading but there hundreds of hits.
So, I bought myself a lovely Canyon CL SLX over the summer. Loving it and after a little break for family holidays and some work travel looking forward to getting some September / October miles in before the dark descends :-(
Am thinking of a bike fit but what would it do for me given that I am lucky not to suffer any aches and pains? Would I get faster?
Would I be able to apply it to other bikes I have?
Has anybody used Histon Cycles in Cambridge?
Or is there somewhere better near by?

Try 23C in Stony Stratford just next to MK. It's not that far, and he's jolly good plus the shop has a coffee & cake division so OH can enjoy the day too. And SS is a nice place to visit.0
