Looking at getting a mountain bike but have a very strict budget.
Happy buying used from either gumtree or eBay.
Does anyone have any recommendations on what to look at or know of any where else ia N find some good deals in that price range.
I believe im medium/large frame (that's what I am on my road bike)

Look out for a Carrera Kraken or Fury or one of the better Rockriders, some of the Boardmans will come in at that as well. Hard to recommend anything in particular without knowing what is available where you are. Condition is more important than age, generally the big name brands hold their value better and weren't as good new, so at that price point I'd suggest trying to avoid them.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
