I'd get him to clean the car.

If I had a man servant, he'd die of boredom.

I would be able to pay him well above average wages to buttle for me.

I do. The tw4t lost all my kit at the weekend. I now have some of the more quite important parts of my life spread out across Europe.

I think I may shoot him.

Seriously though, having staff is great - I don't understand why more people don't do it.

You've read about Arrans approach to work, right? What timescale did you have in mind?

It would have to be a 'woman servant' with special 'qualifications'.
My missus would NOT have any part to play in the selection process.

First time I've heard them called that.

My son has just finished college so I now have a full time man servant for the foreseeable and its great as he loves doing things for me. I love his company which is awesome as well and he understands me very well.
I am spending more time abroad these days so having him with me kills boredom as well.
As for having a P/A or "usual" manservant goes, it always seems to be far better in thought that it actually is in reality. It is always hard to spend so much time with someone who does it for a job as they can't ever really be as close as a great friend or family member and you also have various protocols to adapt too which can/does take the shine off the idea.

  • I'd have them write out all my posts on this forum as I often think I have something to add but can then never be ars** to tap it out on the iPad.

Perhaps in the style of Vtech I could pay one of my tech savvy kids to do it
