So I'm watching this item on eBay, and I need to know if my standard bolt on front wheel will work with the suspension forks that have standard QR dropouts? Thanks!

A nutted front hub has the same axel diameter as a standard qr hub.

Or in other words, yes it will fit, you can also replace the axle on most nutted axles with a QR axle if you want.
