Bottom bracket cup set.

Can't find anything on any searches to tell me what I need for a 2013 Specialized Tricross. Tried lots of different terms in search engines.
Bar taking the thing to pieces and actually having a look to compare pictures, I don't know what I need.

Does any wise person know, or should I just take the bike to a bike shop and whisper the magic words? (fix it please and thank you :) )
