Choosing a bike

So I'm just 16 and have decided to treat myself to a mountain bike for making it this far. I'm not an expert but would like this to be a good bike. I've grown up on a giant boulder but would like something a bit better this time.
I have been looking at a few bikes: the Cube Attention 27.5, the Cube Analog 27.5 and the Bianchi Kuma 27.1.
I have a budget of £500 to about £650. If anyone is able to help or give advice that would be greatly appreciated.
