Wheel bearings - which ones?

I need to replace the bearings in my front and rear wheels. I know what size I need 6804s, but what type should I go for ceramic, stainless or chromium steel, does it really make a difference? What are the pros/ cons of each?

Are there any brands I should look for/ avoid, and if anyone can recommend a good retailer that would be great.

Thanks for the link. I was looking at Enduro bearings http://www.wychbearings.co.uk/search/for/6804/ but not sure which ones. Are the ceramic hybrid worth the extra?

Enduro bearings are careless and better suited to part turn applications like suspension pivots than wheel bearings.

You get what you pay for, get the best you can sensibly justify the price of!

Ceramic bearings aren't worth the extra.
Get some standard but good quality bearings like SKF NSK or Koyo.
