Hi, first post so be gentle please
I recently changed my 26 x 1.75 inch knobbly tyres for 1.5 roadies but seem to have knackered one of my inner tubes in the process. I need to buy a couple of spares anyway, but I'm not sure which size to order as 1.5 inch seems to be right in the middle, I can choose 1-1.5 or 1.5-2.5. So am I better to go with smaller or larger, or does it not really matter?
Thanks

Smaller tubes. And whatever valves your rims are drilled for.I don't do smileys.

Unless you want to be able to fit wider tyres, always go for the smallest tube that fits, it will be lighter and less prone to being pinched twixt tyre bead and rim when fitting it.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
