AL30C spoke and rim replacement

I have broke my rim and a couple of spokes on my planet x al30c front wheel.

I am trying to figure out which replacement rim i should buy I am consider DT Swiss RR 585 Road Rim or Halo Mercury Deep Aero Road Rim.

They are both 30mm deep. I know need to replace the spoke. How do I know the correct length for the spoke? which spoke should i buy?

I'ved asked a couple of LBS and they are asking £40 to do the works. Is it really worth it? Or should I buy a new wheel.

Seems like it will cost me £100 to replace the the rim and spokes.

    The Halo is the same rim with a different decal on, so that would be my choice.

    The LBS will work out the spoke length for you

    Hmm i asked the LBS they told me to measure it with a ruler? hmm.

    From planet x they say I need a 282mm length aero spoke, but they dont have it in stock. Do you know where I can get the same spoke else where?

    You can't buy the same spoke... it's a Pillar bladed, not available in the UK, I think. Just use a normal spoke, it doesn't need to be bladed
