Identifying and sourcing replacement Ultegra RD6800 gromet

I'm trying to identify then source a replacement cable guide for an Ultegra RD6800. It's the part on the left which inserts into the mech, not the barrel adjuster.



Any suggestions?

  So it doesn't stop the gear cable rubbing on the underside of the mech making gear changes smoother and therefore make me faster?

  ...and the easiest way to source replacement parts is shimano tech docs. Get the part code from the assembly drawing and out into google
