11 speed SRAM rival compatibility question
Morning all,
Bit of a noob question, so I apologise in advance.
Just bought 1st 'proper' road bike, an XL PX pro carbon, with the SRAM rival 11 speed set up. Lovely bike I must say, anyway, my question is can I fit a Shimano 105 11 speed cassette & chain as replacements when the OEM bits wear? Obviously matching the same ratio's etc.
I know 10 speed SRAM & Shimano bits are interchangeable, but wondered if this had followed across to 11 speed.
There seems to be a significant price differential and I like to have spares 'in stock' so to speak.
