Sherwood Pines Accommodation

Me and a pal are looking to go to Sherwood pines next week and wondered if there were any good places to stay overnight (with our bikes).

We only want to stay for 1 night and most have a 3 night minimum stay!

Thought about camping but I'd rather be inside I think.

    Travelodges at Worksop and Mansfield aren't far away, the Worksop one is marginally easier to get to, as you don't have to go through Mansfield, but holds the dubious crown of being the most shit Travelodge I've stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). Just take your bike into the room.

    Not gonna be super cheap anymore as you're rather last minute.

    Perfect! Only 45 a night so not too bad seen as its late! I'm assuming you didn't have any issues taking your bikes into the room with you??

    Never! Done it in cheap hotels up and down the country and have never been challenged! The first National XC race is at Sherwood in 2 weeks, the value of bikes in rooms will probably exceed that of cars in the car parks at local hotels!
