I recently got a cheap Elite Travel Turbo Trainer off Gumtree, however, my bike won't fit, the skewer will not sit in the holding axles, I have looked at several other skewers and they all seem to wide to fit the cut outs. I have searched online to try and find a specific skewer to fit the trainer to no avail. Can anyone advise where I can find one?

    Are your wheels mavic by any chance? Mavic skewers will not fit. You need a skewer thats round at the end. Can you get a picture up?

    They are Mavic CXP22's on a Boardman Comp, but other skewers I have tried are too wide on the handle to fit also. It won't let me upload a picture as it says the file is too big.

    Hmmm.... I've just bought the Elite Novo Power TT and mines rigged up ok, I've got a Boardman Sport with Mavic wheels
    Unless your model has a differnt one in.
