    Next time anyone see's this individual can you throw cake or a chocolate bar in front of an oncoming bus.

    He's bound to follow the cake or chocolate but thinking about it he may not fit under a bus…

    Dear Mr Cooke

    I own two vehicles and pay road tax on both. I am also a cyclist.

    Could you tell me the percentage of road degradation I cause by cycling along certain roads? I will provide detail of all of my routes on an annual basis and you can invoice me accordingly. I trust that you will also monitor every vehicle along these routes to arrive at a satisfactory and fair costing.
