Lockout not working on front forks

Hi, I have some Suntour Epicon air forks which the lock out on top of the forks has stopped working when I turn it, it doesn't make a difference, it is still the same
Do you know what could be wrong with these ? Or how I can fix it?

Lots of possible causes, first thing to do is remive the damper unit and check oil level.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

I've seen a couple where the lockout cylinder has started to unscrew about halfway along its length. Instead of turning the valve the entire top half of the cylinder is turning. IIRC Suntour say it's not a serviceable part but you can tighten it up and it seems to be fine0
