As today is my last cycle commute of the year and the one with the least amount of daylight I thought I would provide a link to this so people can look forward to earlier sunrises and later sunsets.

    Shortest day - correct

    Thank you for the link, I was already well aware of that. As I said people can look forward to earlier sunrises which they can in my case for all of my Januray commutes bar one day, Feb, Mar, Apr, May.....

    likewise, I only have a few months where i'm not either travelling to or from work in the dark.
  • i like the fact i can now tell its getting lighter with it not being fully dark when i leave on my commute at 16:45ish.

    when the 6 nations start i'll know that's the start of lighter commutes for real :)
